Your First Session-Conditioning and Readiness to Change.

Your initial smoking cessation session involves a in-depth consultation where we find all the when’s, where’s and why’s you’re currently smoking.Using meditation and NLP exercises we will set those positive goals and start developing new conscious alternatives. During the hypnosis session we’ll discover the techniques that take you into a trance and start the stage for the changes that are about to occur. Here we’ll also make a recording for you to take this experience home.

Your Second Session - Hypnotic Programming for Smoking Cessation.

Your second smoking cessation session involves meditation to teach you how to  tap into favorable qualities like persistence, dedication and health. During hypnosis positive suggestions are delivered  to affect change in all the areas discussed in your consultation. We’ll also make another recording for you to listen to regularly.

Your Third Session- Resolve Inner Conflict.

Your third session involves identifying the parts of you that are still holding on to old negative programming. Our goal during this session is to motivate these parts to adapt behaviors that go towards your set goal of being Now and Forever an Non-Smoker. By motivating these parts to do a more healthy behavior will create the perfect recipe for a permanent change.
